The Therapy Fund
Help Someone Begin Healing
Too many people in our community need mental health care and are turned away because of cost. They’re carrying anxiety, trauma, family stress, or the weight of a hard season, and they’re doing it alone.
The Therapy Fund changes that. Each scholarship gives one person 12 therapy sessions at no cost to them. Twelve sessions is enough time to build trust, do real work, and start to feel like themselves again.
This Giving Tuesday, we’re raising $4,500 to fund our first three scholarships for 2027, which is 36 sessions of care for three people who thought they’d never afford help. And we won’t stop there. The Therapy Fund is ongoing, so every gift, now and throughout the year, helps someone else begin healing.
What Your Gift Does
Every gift, big or small, moves someone closer to healing. One session can be the first time someone feels truly heard. A full scholarship gives them months of steady support to work through what’s been holding them back. Choose the impact you want to make below.
How It Works
Scholarships are awarded to people with financial need who lack insurance coverage for therapy.
Applications are reviewed by our Executive Director and a board member using set criteria.
Recipients’ identities are always kept private.
Each recipient has 8 months to use their 12 sessions.
After their scholarship, recipients can continue care on our sliding scale.
Gifts to the Therapy Fund are used only for scholarships.
Every extra $1,500 raised funds another scholarship.
When we heal together, communities thrive. Will you help someone begin?
All gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
